Step by Step

Four Steps to Admissions

01

Schedule a Tour

Come and see the school in person. Observe a classroom, meet the teachers, and get a feel for the environment. This is the most important first step.

02

Submit Application

Complete and submit your child's application along with the required documents. Our admissions team will review everything and guide you through the next step.

03

Meet Your Guide

Meet with our admissions team to discuss your child, ask questions, and learn more about our programs. This helps ensure the best fit for your family.

04

Admissions Decision

After completing the admissions process, we'll notify you of our decision. If your child is offered a place, we'll provide the enrollment details and next steps.

FAQs

Everything You Need to Know

What ages do you accept?

We serve children from 3 months through 15 years across our Infant, Toddler, Primary, Elementary, and Middle School programs. We also offer Summer Programs for children age 3 months to 6 years old.

How do I know which program is right for my child?

Age is the starting point, but developmental readiness also matters. During a tour, our team will discuss your child's stage and help you find the best fit.

Do I need to submit an application before scheduling a tour?

No. The tour comes first. We encourage all prospective families to visit before completing any paperwork.

How long does the admissions process take?

The timeline varies by program and availability. After touring and submitting an application, our team will contact you promptly to discuss the next steps.

What if the program we want is full?

If a class is at capacity, your child will be placed on a waiting list. Previously enrolled students receive priority, followed by their siblings.

Does my child need prior Montessori experience to enroll?

No. Children join us at various stages, including those who have never experienced Montessori before. Our team supports each family through a smooth transition.

What documents are required with the application?

Our admissions team will guide you through the required documents after your tour. Generally, this includes a completed application form and the non-refundable $500 Advance Fee to secure your child's place.

Do you accept scholarship students?

Yes! We accept several Florida scholarship programs, including Step Up For Students. We also offer our own Roots & Wings Scholarship for families demonstrating financial need.

Can siblings of enrolled students get priority placement?

Yes. Siblings of currently enrolled students receive second priority on the waiting list, after returning students.

What is your withdrawal policy?

A 30-day written notice is required to end your enrollment contract. Tuition remains due during the notice period regardless of attendance. Records are released once the account is fully paid.
