Why It Matters

Dr. Montessori Called This the Most Important Period of Human Development

The first three years of life lay the foundation for everything that follows. In our Infant Program, the environment is specially prepared to allow babies to explore, move, and develop at their own pace — with all the safety and warmth of a second home.

We support each milestone naturally: stomach time, rolling, sitting, slithering, crawling, pulling up, and walking. Nothing is forced. Everything is supported.

What It Looks Like

A Home Away From Home

The infant environment is nurturing and calm. Furniture is child-proportioned. Materials are developmentally appropriate, purposeful, and designed to encourage fine and gross motor development, body awareness, language, and independence.
